Knock-knock / Ceramic Pendant

Fantasy pendant inspired by the fossilized ammonite shells.

The shell was hand-sculpted from a mixture of red and white ceramic clay. The opening of the shell is decorated with a door relief, providing the owner with their own private entrance to the land of dreams. 
The shell is accented with a dark blue finishing glaze, contrasting the red clay door surface. 

This ceramic piece was hand-sculpted and hand-glazed. The "shell" was fired in a kiln twice at different temperatures to achieve its final look.  It was produced in a single version only and represents a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery. The pendant comes on a thin chain.

Each item from my shop will be sent to you in individually designed handmade packaging supplied with a description tag. It is hence ready to be gifted either to yourself or to someone special (no pricing information is included inside the packaging).
