Widerrufsrecht
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You DO NOT NEED to return any extra items that came with your order as a gift from me.
Return conditions:
- Item in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. You may choose the carrier freely.
To start a return, you can contact me at dreamingshell.contact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Each piece is carefully packaged, taking its fragility into account. If your item nevertheless arrives damaged, please contact me upon receipt so that we can find a suitable solution. I offer a free repair service. Only shipping costs remain your responsibility, including in the case of accidental damage after receipt.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact me and send the item back - I will offer you a full refund excluding the shipping expenses (exclusions - custom orders and items on sale).
If you made an order by mistake, you can ask for cancellation unless the item was already shipped to you (normally, I ship all finished items within 2 days after receiving an order).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
