The shells are made of vitrified (high-temperature) porcelain, cast from real shells gathered on Okinawa Island. This process preserves the authentic form of the shells while transforming them into permanent porcelain echoes of the shore.
Each piece was hand-shaped, glazed, and fired at high temperatures to achieve the subtle translucency unique to porcelain. They will arrive carefully wrapped in custom packaging with a description tag—ready to gift to someone else or keep as a small treasure for yourself (no price information is included inside the parcel).
Photos were taken in natural light and kept as true as possible, but slight variations in tone may occur depending on your screen.
