Seaweed 5 / Ceramic Pendant

Ceramic necklace with algae imprints.

The necklace carries five beads of two different styles. Each bead bears a relief created using dried branches of marine algae collected on the shore near the fort of Saint-Malo in Brittany, France.

All ceramic pieces were hand-made and hand-glazed. They were fired in a kiln at least twice at different temperatures to achieve their final look. The beads rest on a thin silver-colored chain decorated with a starfish charm at the clasp. This piece is unique and exists in a single version only.

Each item from my shop will be sent to you in individually designed handmade packaging supplied with a description tag. It is hence ready to be gifted either to yourself or to someone special (no pricing information is included inside the packaging).

I do my best to make photographs as faithful as possible. However, depending on the light, the hues may appear slightly different from the original.
