The delicate leaf texture is captured in relief, as if a bit of foliage got caught in clay and chose to stay. The result is earthy and luminous, simple and wild all at once.

Leaves riddled with insect holes are evidence of ecological balance, not decay—they feed caterpillars and beetles, provide camouflage for spiders and eggs, and break down into humus that feeds the next cycle of growth. What looks like damage is often survival in action.

This one-of-a-kind pendant carries a fragment of the forest within it. Cast from naturally perforated leaves gathered in Brittany in spring 2024, the piece was shaped by hand, glazed with a clear finish and a touch of iron oxide, then fired at high temperatures to achieve that subtle translucency porcelain is known for—like light filtering through the trees.

The necklace rests on a 240 mm long copper-coloured chain finished with a lobster clasp.

This piece is entirely handmade and truly unique. It comes carefully wrapped in custom packaging with a descriptive tag—ready to gift to someone else or keep as a small treasure for yourself. (No price information is ever included.)
