Okinawa Reliefs / Porcelain Seashell Brooch

Minuscule seashells found along the shores of Okinawa, Japan transformed into porcelain.

Highly detailed relief meticulously mimics the delicate textures and contours of the seashells, capturing their intricate beauty with stunning detail. This relief was created using moulds of real tiny seashells collected by hand from the beach sand of Okinawa Island.

The brooch porcelain part of the brooch was fired in a kiln at high temperature and hand-glaze in a turquoise blue. It exists in a single version only. The listing price is for one brooch, other items shown on photos are available separately.

Each item from my shop will be sent to you in individually designed handmade packaging, supplied with a description tag. Hence, it is ready to be gifted either to yourself or to someone special (no pricing information is included inside the packaging).
