Herbarium Block / Porcelain Necklace

Block-shaped all-sided porcelain pendant with archival botanical illustration.

This piece is hand-sculpted from strong porcelain, fired hot so it’s tough and smooth. The surface carries plant illustration from scientific publication archives, transferred with cobalt oxide that burns into a deep blue.

The porcelain piece was hand-sculpted and hand-glazed. It slides on a thin golden-coloured chain necklace. It was produced in a single version and represent a unique piece of jewellery.

Each item from my shop will be sent to you in individually designed handmade packaging with a description tag. It is ready to be gifted to yourself or someone special (no pricing information is included in the packaging).
